Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes, you have to be 21 years or older to book.

Is it only rented for Birthday Parties?

No, our equipment can be rented for any activity were kids will attend: stay at home fun, playgroups, mom groups, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, community events/ festivals and any other you can think of! At the moment, playground is just for children 5 years and under.


Is it only for outdoor spaces?

No. Playground installment is possible on indoor and/ or outdoor venues. For safety measures playground equipment needs to be installed at leveled grounds; preferably concrete spaces. LWP can evaluate space and determine if it’s safe for equipment to be installed. If considered not safe, LWP can decide to not install certain items.

Do we need to just select from one of the packages?

Packages are rented as shown and described in content. Add Ons are always available for a bigger setup and customization.

Can bounce house be rented by itself?

Our Bounce Houses can be rented by itself or as an Add On to any of our setups.

Who sets up the playground?

Only LWP staff delivers the equipment, installs equipment and leaves. No staff supervision is provided unless requested and paid aside. Parents must supervise their children at all times. After 4 hours, LWP staff will return to uninstall, inspect and pick up.

For how many hours can the playground be rented?

The playground is rented for 4 hours of entertainment. Extra hours are available for an extra charge if available. Bounce House and single items have different cost so please ask when inquiring.

What happens if an item gets broken or damaged during event?

Call LWP staff immediately. Instructions will be provided. LWP offers the rental of equipment and expects that all renters use it safely and cautiously. Upon pick up, playground would be inspected by LWP staff and if shoe prints, food and/or drinks, mud, face painting or any other stains are found a $250 deep cleaning fee may apply depending on the severity of the stains.

Any item that is damaged or broken due to negligence and/ or misuse would be subject to a cost of replacement. Any amount of cleaning and replacement would be deducted from the $75 security deposit collected and charged to Credit Card any outstanding balance.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

  • If reservation is cancelled before scheduled date due to no reason, deposits paid won’t be refunded. If activity/ event is cancelled due to weather conditions and/ or unforeseeable events before playground installment, deposit won’t be refunded but activity/ event can be rescheduled. Reschedule date would need to be within a 4-month period. If weather related issue occurs during rental period once playground is installed, payment won’t be refunded, and rescheduling won’t be possible.

  • If event is outdoors and the day of the event rain or possibility of rain is shown on the forecast LWP won’t be able to set up outdoors unless an indoor option is provided. If no indoor option is available at the moment rescheduling option will be offered within a 4-month period. If no rescheduling is possible renter is able to cancel rental but with a 50% cancellation fee (LWP will stay with 50% of all invoice cost.)

What is the booking process?

LWP requires a $75 refundable security deposit at the moment of reservation. It can be paid via check by mail or Credit Card. Amount is requested to cover any broken and/ or damaged items as well as any cleaning fee due to severe stains. Once LWP staff is ready to pick up the equipment, items would be inspected and amount to be refunded would be determined. LWP agrees to refund the deposit within 10 business days via check once all playground has been cleaned and inspected deeply.

Renter agrees to pay the 50% of the total amount at the moment of reservation. Remaining balance is due 10 days before the event date. Equipment won’t be delivered nor installed until full payment is received. Payment method may be via check by mail or Credit Card. This last one has a 4% Processing Fee. Any insufficient funds on checks would have a $30 charge and amount will be deducted from Security Deposit.

Renter agrees to sign an agreement and waiver at the moment of booking. Also agrees that accidents may happen but waives the responsibility on LWP. Renter agrees to sign the liability waiver provided on the agreement on behalf of all the children that will make usage of the playground and equipment of LWP to release the responsibility on the company for any accidents/ incidents that may occur at the playground during the rental time.


What are your safety measures?

Our equipment consists mostly of soft play equipment, which is very safe for kids. Also, it is on a gated space with foam tiles. This helps with any falls kids might have. LWP also agrees to clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each rental. Upon installment Renter does a walk through with staff and approves/ agrees for the setup and equipment.

What are the playground rules?

  • NO shoes allowed in LWP area and equipment. Parents must wear socks. No heels allowed at any time.

  • Playground is only for the usage of children 5 years and under.

  • Parents are responsible for ALWAYS watching out for their children.

  • Maximum capacity of playground is between 10-15 children at once depending on playground. Bounce house has maximum capacity of 6-8 people at the same time.

  • Food, drinks and sharp objects of any type are NOT allowed. No candy, frosting or any type of food or drinks is allowed.

  • No face painting, confetti and glitter allowed within LWP equipment. It stains and damages the equipment.

  • No pets are allowed in any of our equipment.

  • Little World Play equipment is NOT allowed to be taken out of the playground.

  • Only Little World Play equipment is allowed within the playground. Strollers, car seats, bouncers and/or any other baby/ kid item are NOT allowed within the playground.

  • Children and/ or parents vandalizing or not making good usage of equipment would need to vacate the playground premises and won’t be allowed to enter again.

  • All balls from ball pit need to be put back inside upon pick up.

  • Equipment cannot be taken apart nor moved. Fences CANNOT be moved nor removed from playground at any time.

  • LWP equipment is not meant to get wet. Water activities inside or nearby are strictly prohibited.
