Booking Process

Terms and Conditions:

• Must be 21 years or older to book.

• Photo Id and Credit Card information is required for record.

• For our mobile service a refundable security deposit is required at the moment of booking. For our Playtown Venue a hold to your credit card is required.

• 50% deposit is due at the moment of booking.

• Remaining balance is due 10 days before event. In order for equipment to be installed or access our Playtown, booking needs to be paid in full.

• All bookings are subject to a cleaning fee and general liability insurance fee (only mobile service).

• Payment method for mobile service and Playtown birthday parties: Credit Card (4% Processing Fee applies)

• Rental agreement and waiver are required to be signed at the moment of booking. For parties at the Playtown waivers are required upon check in for all participants.

• For the mobile service, a travel fee will apply if outside the Metropolitan area. Once on site, deliveries that are on large estates, far away from set up area or any set up that presents delivery complications (elevators, long set of stairs, etc) requires an additional fee as it requires more setup time.
